PORK TACOS

1 pork roast
2 cans Sprite or Coke (not Diet)
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 tsp. onion powder
1 C. brown sugar

Put in crock pot on low for 8 hours or until shreds easily. Serve on torillas and with Mango Salsa

*NOTE: Costco carries DELISH Mango Salsa and raw tortilla...so good!
